BHRT	BHRT is the acronym for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy	Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), also known as bioidentical hormone therapy or natural hormone therapy, is the use of hormones in treatment that are identical on a molecular level to the hormones your body creates on it’s own. Bioidentical hormones are plant-based. Hormonify’s are created from yams. This is in comparison to traditional, commercially available hormone therapy that utilizes synthetic hormones created in a lab.

Estrogen	Estrogen is made by the ovaries and fat cells from adrenal gland precursors. This hormone is commonly linked to promoting reproductive health, regulating the menstrual cycle and improving skin elasticity. Estrogen plays a much larger role in the body such as preserving bone density, regulating cholesterol in the liver which in turn decreases the plaque buildup in the heart.
